Description:
- Part-time (20-36 hours) Must be willing to rotate Saturdays (4 hours)
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products, including pool chemicals, equipment, accessories, and maintenance supplies.
- Provide advice and recommendations on pool care, water testing, and troubleshooting pool and spa-related issues.
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system, handle cash and credit card payments, and maintain a tidy and organized checkout area.
- Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and follow up on customer orders or service requests.
- Assist with store promotions, sales events, and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and sales.
Qualifications:
- Retail experience preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods.
