Water Care & Chemicals

Test Your Water

Check sanitizer, pH, and other recommended levels regularly using an appropriate test kit or in-store water testing.

Keep Water Balanced

Follow the directions for your sanitizer system and the chemicals you use. Avoid mixing chemicals or adding incompatible products together.

Cloudy or Foamy Water

Check water balance, sanitizer, filter condition, and the need for a water change before adding corrective products.

Routine Spa Maintenance

Clean Your Filters

Turn off equipment as directed by the manual, remove and rinse filters, and reinstall them correctly before operation.

Drain & Refill

Use the model-specific drain procedure and follow local drainage requirements. Refill to the recommended level before restarting.

Cover & Cabinet Care

Keep the cover clean, secure it when not in use, and inspect the cabinet and surrounding area for maintenance needs.

Common Troubleshooting Questions

Spa Not Heating?

Confirm the temperature setting and look for any control-panel message. If the issue persists, contact our service team.

Low Water Flow?

Check the water level and whether filters need cleaning. Stop operation and request service if pumps run dry or unusual noises occur.

Error Code on the Display?

Write down the exact code and your spa model before contacting us. Error meanings depend on the control system.

Important: Never open electrical equipment compartments or attempt live electrical repairs. For persistent faults, leaks, or electrical concerns, contact a qualified spa service professional.
