GOOD TO KNOW

Understanding Your Water Care System

Testing Your Water

Use FROG @ease test strips to check the SmartChlor system. Conventional chlorine strips can give misleading results with SmartChlor. Maintain pH, alkalinity, and other water-balance levels as directed.

Replacing Cartridges

SmartChlor cartridges typically last around 3–4 weeks, depending on use. Replace the mineral cartridge every four months or at each drain and refill, whichever comes first.

Built-In Ozone

Every Platinum Spa includes ozone for supplemental oxidation. Ozone helps with water care, but it does not replace FROG @ease sanitizer, water testing, or proper water balance.
